Hello tarot lovers!
My name is Kim de Wildt and tarot has been my life companion for almost as long as I can remember.
In 2024 I realized my lifelong dream and made a card deck that makes tarot accessible for everyone: The Tarot Tiles.
Every now and again I come across people who tell me that they would love to read cards, but are hesitant to do so. Sometimes out of fear to draw certain cards like the devil or death. Other times because they feel intimidated by all the symbols on the cards and fear they need to study for years to confidently master the meanings of the cards.
For those people - but also for people who simply love the aesthetics of dutch tiles - I designed the Tarot Tiles. They offer any starting or advanced tarot reader refreshingly new, liberating and empowering ways to use and enjoy tarot cards!

The power of tarot and other oracle decks lies in its images. Symbols and archetypes have a profound impact on the subconscious and on the soul. Just think of the images in fairy-tales, in myths and in your own dreams and how these images stay with you for a lifetime. Being confronted with them - even when you don`t consciously look at them - impacts you, for good or bad.
The images on the Tarot Tiles aren`t overloaded with symbolism, but have clear names and basic symbols that unveil the esoteric meaning without being frightening or intimidating. The deck is ideal for people who would like to use tarot cards, but always were hesitant to purchase a deck.
The Tarot Tiles have also been created because of the age old truth: "everything looks better on a tile!" - trust me, it really does:

Card backside
The Tarot Tiles are a 22-card major arcana deck. You can pick a daily card for inspiration or conduct any spread you want.
The size of the cards are 66 x 100 mm.
Card box
The cards are trilingual: English, German & Dutch. This is the first limited edition of 250 copies.
Each deck comes with its own hand-signed unique number card.
Card frontside
Each card is divided into 3 parts: the upper number has numerological significance, the center image has symbolic meaning; the bottom part reveals the name of the card.
Card holder
The card holder is a handcrafted oak piece with the characteristic ox-head design ♉, a ⭐ and a ♥. It`s ideal to display a card for inspiration.
The size is approx. 80x30x25 mm.

I am on a mission to rescue incomplete tarot decks and give them a second and meaningful life in new and exciting ways! You can check it out here.
